Data broker opt-out

CheckPeople Opt-Out: How to Remove Your Listing

CheckPeople.com is a people search site that sells information and reports obtained from public records, which third-party data providers aggregate and supply to it. Removal starts in its Suppression Center with your email address, and CheckPeople says an opt-out removes your data from its people search results whether or not you are a member.

What the opt-out covers

An opt-out removes your data from CheckPeople's people search results, whether or not you are a member of the site. The Suppression Center says it manages the display of your public information on people search websites owned by CheckPeople.com, without naming them.
