Multi-location brands
Groups with a Google listing for every office, clinic or store, where one location’s rating drags down how buyers see the whole brand.
A few fake or abusive Google reviews can set the rating every buyer sees on Search and Maps. We find the reviews that break Google’s policies, build the evidence and file them through Google’s own report, appeal and legal channels, and you pay only once the work is done.

Leaders named personally in a review, when an accusation about the business turns into an accusation about them.
Law, medical, financial and consulting practices, where clients read the Google rating before they ever book a first call.
Teams responsible for the star rating in Search and Maps, and for what AI assistants repeat about the company.
Reputation, legal and marketing partners that need a discreet, compliant partner for Google review cases.
Google reviews sit beside your name on Search and Maps, often above your own website. A handful of fake one-star ratings, a competitor posing as a customer or a former employee venting about a manager can pull the average down and become the first thing a buyer reads.
Google says any review can be reported, but only reviews that break its Maps content policy are eligible for removal, and it allows negative experiences described in a respectful manner. Google review removal works only when the right ground is matched to the right channel with evidence. That is the work we do. For the self-serve steps, read our guide on how to remove a Google review.
Not every negative review can come down. These are the cases where Google’s policy or the law gives a real ground for removal.
Reviews not based on a real experience at the business, or posted from several accounts by or at the request of one person. Google says fake engagement is not allowed and will be removed.
Google does not allow reviews based on a conflict of interest, including current or former employment and personal or professional ties such as competitors.
Unusual volumes or patterns that suggest rating manipulation, and the scam Google treats as a serious violation: a sudden run of one-star and two-star reviews, then a demand for money to remove them.
Threats, doxxing, attacks on individuals and unsubstantiated allegations of unethical behavior or criminal wrongdoing, which Google’s content policy prohibits.
Reviews that publish someone’s personal details without consent, or use obscene and profane language to offend or to emphasize criticism.
False statements of fact that damage the business can go to Google’s legal reporting tool, which is separate from a policy report and is filed on its own.
Federal law sets limits on fake reviews and on how a business may respond to criticism. Our work stays inside them. This is general information, not legal advice.
The FTC rule on consumer reviews prohibits writing, creating or selling reviews that misrepresent whether the reviewer exists, whether they used the business or what their experience was, and prohibits buying such reviews. A fake one-star review is a problem, and so is answering it with invented five-star reviews. [1]
The same rule bars officers and managers from posting reviews of their own business without clearly disclosing that relationship, and from asking employees or relatives for reviews that leave it undisclosed. We never ask a team to post reviews for the business. [2]
The FTC rule treats unfounded legal threats, physical threats, intimidation and knowingly false public accusations, used to stop a review or get it removed, as an unfair or deceptive practice. We work through the platform’s report and legal channels, never through pressure on the reviewer. [3]
The Consumer Review Fairness Act voids form-contract terms that restrict a customer’s reviews, penalize them for reviewing or take the rights in their review content. It leaves defamation claims in place, so a false statement of fact can still be challenged. [4]
Under Section 230, a provider of an interactive computer service is not treated as the publisher or speaker of information provided by someone else. That is why removal usually runs through Google’s own policy and legal reporting tools, with a court order where one exists. [5]
Each engagement combines the services the case needs. These are the ones that most often sit next to Google review removal.
Defamatory posts, fake reviews and policy-violating content taken down at the source through platform and legal channels.
When the problem is the listing itself, an old or duplicate profile you no longer control, not the reviews on it.
Fake and defamatory Trustpilot reviews reported within Trustpilot’s own rules, often the next result below Google.
What cannot be removed pushed off page one by ranking accurate, authoritative content for the business.
When a wave of reviews comes with press, social media or an extortion demand, we step in fast to protect and stabilize.

A wellness retreat faced negative reviews, Reddit threads and false claims dominating its search. We removed the false content at the source, including inaccurate Google reviews, and the center regained a 5-star Google rating.
One of the best companies in the game. Really helped my business with the fake bad reviews. Been working with them for months now. Would definitely recommend!
A confidential process built on Google’s own rules, from the first review to a confirmed removal.
We read every review you send us against Google’s Maps content policy and tell you which ones have a real ground for removal and which ones do not.
For each eligible review we document the ground: no record of the reviewer as a customer, a competitor or employee tie, a coordinated pattern, personal data or a false statement of fact.
We file through the Reviews Management Tool, use the one-time appeal when a report is rejected, and file defamation or court-order requests through Google’s separate legal tool.
We confirm each review is gone from the profile, document it for your records and watch for reposts and new waves of reviews.
Our clients are confidential, so these show the methods we use, plus the references our team publishes.

Send your questionOnly when it breaks Google’s rules or the law. Google allows negative experiences described in a respectful manner and does not get involved in disputes between businesses and customers. A fake review, a review from a competitor or former employee, harassment, personal information or a false statement of fact can be reported for removal. A fair review from a real customer stays up, and we tell you which one you have before you commit.
Google says evaluation typically takes several days, and the owner can follow the status in the Reviews Management Tool. Appeals and legal requests add time. We give you a realistic estimate after the free review of your case.
When the status shows that no policy violation was found, the owner can file a one-time appeal through the Reviews Management Tool, covering up to 10 reviews, and Google emails the result. A defamation claim or a court order goes through Google’s separate legal reporting tool, because a policy report does not serve as legal notice.
Do not pay. Google treats negative-review extortion as a serious policy violation and has its own report form for it. We document the pattern and the demand, file the extortion report and the individual review reports, and keep monitoring the profile for new waves.
No. Google’s policy says businesses may not offer incentives to revise or remove a negative review, and reviews posted after such an offer can be removed. The reviewer can edit or delete their own review, and you can reply publicly as the business once the profile is verified.
No. Content removal is billed only when the URL is verified offline, with no retainer and no setup fee. Every client signs an NDA, and so do we.
Send us the links to the Google reviews damaging your business and we review them for free: which policy each one breaks, how removable it is and a clear plan. You pay only after it is removed.
